At fofx (ef-of-ex), we believe in the power of learning. Given the rapidly changing nature of our world and dazing speed of advances in technology, we believe that the most important skill we can teach you is the ability to learn. We believe that learning who, when, where and how to ask the right questions is more important than knowing the right answer, because in today’s digital world, the answer is always changing.
Articulating your question is 80 percent of the battle. By the time you’ve figured out what’s confusing, you’re likely to have answered the question yourself.

Our MISSION
fofx’s mission is to help people learn how to learn, unlearn and relearn the skills they require to have a successful career in an era of digital transformation.
Our STORY
A common feedback we had been hearing from clients was difficulty finding tech talent to hire. This was not due to a shortage of applicants but the inadequate skill demonstrated by the applicants in the selection process, even though their resumes read like an honour roll.
We believe this can be addressed by equipping our students not only with the theoretical knowledge, but practical skills and the ability to update those skills by themselves as the technical know-how demanded by the labour market evolves. So after months of thinking and talking about it, we adopted the “ready, fire, aim” approach and started fofx academy – a School for digital and learning skills.
Our TEAM
The members of faculty at fofx are developers working in our parent company dipoleDIAMOND and have over 30 years of combined experience delivering solutions for enterprises within and outside Nigeria. They have faced the same struggles you will experience in their own learning journeys and know best how to guide you through them. We believe one of the best ways to learn is to teach others, and we will be adding some of our alumni to the teaching team in the coming months.
